Folks,

I've been trying to update to the latest release of
tetex. The problem is, the tetex rpm package is the
base package for tex, and when I try to instal the
newer version from SuSE, it tells me some dvi package
requires tetex >= 0.9 release. The dependencies of
the dvi package is just the tetex package which is
the base for all this stuff. So how do I update the
base package if it tells me I am breaking a dependency
which does not make sense to me?
