Hi, I have recently installed SuSE on my system, and I am very new to Linux. I have bought an USB keyboard and mouse, and I am having a lot of problems to make them work on SuSE. I will try to explain the problem:
- When I start Windows, the keyboard and mouse WORK OK - When I start Linux the keyboard and mouse DONT WORK (in LILO they work, but not when SuSE has loaded) - When I start Linux and restart (with my ps2 keyboard) then the keyboard and mouse DONT WORK in the LILO menu - If I start Windows then I restart and select SuSE, then the mouse and the keyboard works magically in SuSE too...
I don't have alot of info for you but if I were confronted w/ this problem I would try unplugging the usb cable, then plugging it back in. This works for my usb graphire tablet which isn't immediately recognized because it's plugged into a hub.
