I may be a little outdated. Personaly I use this little marvel called
Midnight-Commander to transfer all directories I want to burn on the
same CD-Rom in one single directory then I make an image of that
directory (with mkisofs or the GUI you prefer). Sorry if I did not
understand what you asked.
