I created an icon link on the desktop
Icon Mount Error Error: Could not Mount Device "mount cant fine /mdeia/flashDrive in /etc/fstab or /etc/mtab
Icon permissions owner user group rwxrwxrwx Owner:Group Cwsiv:Users Device /dev/sdb1 mount point /media/FlashDrive file system type default
Obviously something is missing
Should cwsiv be added to disk?
Don't think so
What file system type should I use?
Try 'vfat'
what line if any do I need add to fsbab or mtab?
I take it this device is not hotplugging? Try this in fstab: /dev/sdb1 /media/FlashDrive vfat defaults, noauto, user 0 0 Don't edit mtab at all. HTH Dylan
cwsiv
