Hi everyone,

This is  complete [OT] for a lot of people so please send
the replies "to me only".  

We will be moving to Stuttgart by the beginning of September and I need
recommendations for couple of things.   

1) DSL connection: Which provider gives Static IP with no restrictions
on setting a web/mail/ftp servers. I am using a flatrate ADSL in Turkey
so I am looking for a similar service with no restrictions on the
traffic amount and type.

2) Since I have never been to Stuttgart before and our friends in this
town are average Microsoft users, I also need suggestions on computer
hardware and software shops, that are knowledgeable and trustworthy, 
the last thing I want to hear is how secure is Windows software even
with default installation.


I will be probably having more questions once I visit Stuttgart and play
the tourist next week, yet as I understand question 1 is vital as the
service is not available in everywhere in Stuttgart ( I may be wrong )
