renamed the XF86Config file fro /etc/X11 and ran sax2 again. It says it is starting but then my monitor goes into a sleeping phase after a minute or so. No more activities, a new config file which has the same size and content as the older one and still no X. I can come back in console with several times enter. Is the S3 Savage 4 perhaps the problem? Anybody with this card? Ba>On Saturday 14 June 2003 13:24, Constant Brouerius van Ba>Nidek wrote: Ba>> Sax2 does not work at the moment. It stops at the Ba>very beginning.
