I am attempting to set up a dvd-ram drive
in fstab:
/dev/sr0 /media/dvd-ram vfat defaults,user=500 0 0
then in cfdisk:
cfdisk /dev/sr0
part 1 type c (fat32 lba) cylinders: 1 to +1000M non-bootable
(gives me a err 22 (invaid argument)
(but I can read the part table)
then in msdosfs
mkdosfs -S2048 -F32 -nDVD-RAM1 /dev/sr0p1
result: cannot read disk geometry
I think I got all the arguments, etc. as entered
(what is the difference between /dev/sr0 and /dev/sd0)
