What happens when you cycle the power by unplugging the battery

It could be any sort of open http proxy. If spammers can find them
there's no reason the kids couldn't.

You can always chown the .bashrc files to root.root. Of course,
it's probably much easier to just go to a friend's house and use
their computer.
