Ya, I have notice a far amount of latency in my audio and other things as
well. I have also some processes don't seem to be shutdown sometimes. For
instance, I used Konq file manager super user mode and then exited last
night, and using top, it shows that konqueror as still initialized unde the
user root. Also I often see "konqueror-preloaded" in top as well. I check
the config for konq and made sure that this wasn't set and it isn't.
Furthermore what's with artsd run in priortiy level "-51", especially in
light of the fact that every other process is running at PR 15 (numerically
the inverse)?
I wonder, if something isn't kludged in one of the updates or in one of the
newer version of the KDE packages?
