I haven't had any responses to my question about reducing the size of an existing Linux partition so I can create another one to store data for an FTP installation in. I did not answer how to reduce size of your linux partition because you will not able to install suse from it (same hard disk install). I couldn't do it, and heard people complaining about it. If you want to try, go ahead... Then you should specify what type of partitions you have, reiser, ext2, whatever. For example, there is resize_reiserfs. Or try partition magic (comercial and very good). -- Cheers, Carlos Robinson
