Has anyone been able to successfully get video working with a ATI rage 128 video card? It currently has 2d acceleration.....3d is in the works(maybe)......but i can't seen to find anything as far as Video.
And DRI seems questionable. Any experiences....or problems?
I have a cheapo Rage Pro 128 Ultra TF AGP card running fine in 8.2. Including 3D stuff, well Tuxracer works smoothly... Didn't need to do anything other than enabling 3D in Yast/Sax. DVDs play smoothly using Xv.

I have an ATI Rage Fury Maxx and it works with 8.1 (sort of). The Rage Fury Maxx has to GPUs on it and XFree86 believes that it is capable of dual head and disables 3D, but DVD play works fine with Xv on it. 01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc Rage 128 PF/PRO AGP 4x TMDS 01:01.0 Display controller: ATI Technologies Inc Rage 128 PF/PRO AGP 4x TMDS -- Kelly L.
