I've done a new install of 8.2 and am having problems with windows in some applications -- particularly konqueror (also affects kmail). With every page I view, whenever the mouse leaves a window or I click on the desktop, the window goes blank. Moving the mouse back into the window sometimes brings the contents back. Sometimes I have to click in the window or move the scrollbar around to get the contents back. With some pages with a lot of buttons/images, moving the mouse around will restore whatever image is below the mouse without bringing back everything. I have an NVidia GeForce2 MX card with the latest NVidia drivers (4349). I've tried changing various settings that look like they may be relevant but nothing changes the behavior. I'm not sure what other information to provide because I can't figure out what might be causing the problem. I haven't installed anything other than what's on the 8.2 DVD or from online update. Does anyone have any idea what is going on here? And what's more important, how to fix it? Thanks, Dan
