I was just wondering about the SuSE evaluation CD. I've never used it, and since I'm at the end of an expensive connection, downloading it to have a look isn't a great option for me. What does it give you? Does it give you a complete-ish SuSE environment running purely from CD (and which could be used as a rescue disk in a pinch), or does it require an amount of hard disk space, and give you a limited SuSE installation on disk? I've always assumed the former. Can anyone elaborate? -- "...our desktop is falling behind stability-wise and feature wise to KDE ...when I went to Mexico in December to the facility where we launched gnome, they had all switched to KDE3." - Miguel de Icaza, March 2003
