I can't get my Palm m130 to connect without kernel panicing
FWIW, my tungsten synced fine - I just had to give it a minute or two the first time to recognise the device (watch /var/log/messages for the device being claimed by visor.o, and listen for the beeps!). Also, I had to create the symlink /dev/pilot to ttyUSB0 (to which the Tungsten connects), although your device probably uses ttyUSB1. What errors do you see when the Palm connects? And (silly question) are you using the versions of visor.o and pilot-link that came with 8.2?
