There are no email viruses that affect linux clients. Linux clients aren't scriptable the way Outlook is, so as long as you don't blindly run applications you get in the mail, you're safe. I would guess you download your mail from your ISP with mozilla, you must have set up your account info at some point. There are email virus scanners for linux, but the primary purpose of those are for mail servers that serve windows clients. You would set up the virus scanning in the server.
