What is a Good Video Player?

What is a good multimedia player for SuSE 8.1 I've tried aktion and atrun but
they both kinda disappoint me. I would like somethat that has support for a
wide variety of multimedia files avi, divx, mpg,wmv, etc and the other
features I dont care about. As long as it can play a wide variety of files
well.
Does anyone know of, or use a program for universal video playback that
they're happy with?
