Thanks to the people that replied. xmailserver looks like it could do what I need it too do IF there is a way to scan for virus. Do y'all know of a package like Amavis that works with xmailserver? Thanks in advance for any help. Jon On Friday 11 April 2003 09:00, Radu Voicu wrote:
try www.xmailserver.org or www.qmail.org or even www.postfix.org ...but postfix needs hard work in order to have multiple *separate* domains on it...
The most easy to use/administer is the xmailserver, in my opinion...

Hey, I have to set up a new mail server because the one we have is based on sendmail/qpopper and we need a solution that will accept multiple domains (IE: user@domain1.com is different then user@domain2.com). I am going to be using Exim as my MTA but I have been trying to find a good POP3 server that accepts virtual users. I would imagine that I would be using openldap for authintification. Does anyone have a setup like this with multiple domains on the same server. If so what type of solution would you recommend? Thanks in advance for any info you can give
