It's the full 1.5Mb from our office to a small ISP which has a T3 (maybe more now) through Qwest. I don't know if that's "leaching off the ISP bandwidth" or not. We do get a small discount because I run the CSU/DSU and router (which we own) on our end but I assume that's pretty normal.
I can get a T1 here for $250 a month, but it's not unlimited. Unlimited T's here in St. George, Utah are about 1k per month.
I guess I'm confused about what you mean by 'unlimited'. -- -ckm
