* Franklin Maurer (nebbish@sprynet.com) [030326 13:17]:
I've been trying to set up procmail to filter all my SuSE mailing lists into a spool file, that can then be read through kmail under an account called SuSE.
See Q3 of the faq for a working example of this (echo | mail suse-linux-e-faq@suse.com) but...
Here is my rc.SuSE ... :0: ^ That's a problem.
* ^Subject:.*[SLE]* * ^Subject:.*[suse-kde]* * ^Subject:.*[suse-security]* * ^Subject:.*[suse-multimedia]* * ^Subject:.*[suse-ppc]* SuSE
The '[' and ']' need to be escaped with '\'. Otherwise, your regular expressions as mean 'an S, an L, or an E' in the SLE one. Modifying the example in the faq to do this would look something like :0 * ^mailing-list:.*(suse-linux-e|suse-kde|suse-multimedia|suse-ppc) SuSE Just make sure 'SuSE' exists in whatever MAILDIR is set to. -- -ckm
