Hi,
Looks like it is FileMaker Pro file(s). One of the most popular database, btw. It runs on Win and Mac, on Linux there is only a server. You have to use vmware or win4lin to run FileMaker.
Hi everyone. No, I've just been told it stands for 'fast mail'. Anyone else? Or maybe I should try the .exe file they send with wine.
This is probably the best option. What sort of file is it that they are trying to send? Database? WP document? Spreadsheet? If you give us a clue on this, we might be able to suggest a file format that the sender can generate that you can read. -- David Smith | Tel: +44 (0)1454 462380 Home: +44 (0)1454 616963 STMicroelectronics | Fax: +44 (0)1454 617910 Mobile: +44 (0)7932 642724 1000 Aztec West | TINA: 065 2380 GPG Key: 0xF13192F2 Almondsbury | Work Email: Dave.Smith@st.com BRISTOL, BS32 4SQ | Home Email: David.Smith@ds-electronics.co.uk
