I've probably missed something here in the past couple of months, but
I've just used YaST2 to install my Epson Sytlus photo 1270. If found the
printer, and offered 5 different drivers depending on what quality
output I want, from 360 dpi for text to 1440 for photo printing. Test
pages of all the driver options print perfectly.
However, after saving all this info when I try to print I get only one option in the print dialog which is zPostDcript/default. Printing with that simple sends a single line of PS control codes to each page and then ejects that page continuing on with another page.
What am I mising or what have I done wrong? Shouldn't the epson printer show up in the print dialog and now print in the same manner as the test page output?
