cd cd-rom would be the E-IDE. Go to /dev. There should be two soft links: sr0 -> cdrom and sr1 -> cdrecorder. Now type: "rm cdrecorder", "rm cdrom", "ln -s sr0 cdrecorder" and "ln -s sr1 cdrom" If you now want to install software with YaST you have to use your other drive
Given the output above, I would have guessed it was the other way around ln -s sr0 cdrom ln -s sr1 cdrecorder
