For Doom, checkout prboom (i think it's on sourceforge, but google can help
you) quake and quake2 do a google search for quakeforge.
I've ran all 3 (prboom,and quake&quake2 from quakeforge) .
prboom has suse rpms
Im not sure if quakeforge has rpms, I installed them from source (but the
README is really clear on how to do that.
Personally I like prboom (or simply doom) a lot better than quake ..
