John, Don't dump in one pile completely irrelevant issues. Paying your Social Security share is a voluntary option and it's not connected to federal taxes in any way. This stuff has been floating around for years. As I understand it you *might* get away with it, but don't ever think about collecting social security, unemployment, or probably any form of government aided health care (medicaid, medicare).
