Which program do you use for playing audio CDs? If you
I have selected severals.
- start kscd - set /dev/cdrecorder as the CD-ROM device there
I still get the information: CDROM read or access error (or bo audio disc in drive). Please make sure you have access permissions to: /dev/cdrecorder. I have an audio-cd in the drive. Permissions: eurit:~ # ls -l /dev/cdrecorder lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 3 Nov 6 14:18 /dev/cdrecorder -> sr0
- start kmix (twice) and check the CD channel is opened what happens then?
I could do that, but as the audio-cd did not start I did not get any sound.
Stating that something doesn't work without even mentioning the program you use is not the best way to get help.
