Got it in one. We all try to help but most of us also hold down at least
 one full-time job.

This is how it works. You know the answer now, so make it available. I'm
not sure who you're complaining about because you're involved too :o)

If the FAQ is wrong or incomplete then hammer on Togan's door with the
correction/update. We agree to do the same.
