Sorry, no. If you had gotten 0 (off) I could have said "of course, that's
simple, just turn on DMA and you'll get brilliant video playback". As it is,
I'm rapidly running out of ideas.
I guess it's too much to hope for that you're running some heavy program in
the background that causes the bad frame rate?!
Another thing to check is that you have AGP working. "cat
/proc/driver/nvidia/agp/status"
