Go to Preferences | Look 'n Feel | Colors
Select Active Title Bar and then click the color in the combo box and tell me what the RGB values are.
I compiled the theme on 8.0 and used the values 19, 95, 137 but they don't come out to be exactly the same. I like the default blue colors selected by SuSE since the default looks more shiny.
