Fixed the problem, once I installed the cabextract file from SourceForge.  Amazing how well it worked this time ;-)

Thanks for the information Ben and Jim.  I read Ben's post and didn't think too much about it.  Read Jim's post, posted my response and then realized later that I hadn't installed the extract prog.
