I'm looking for some help in enabling frontpage extensions for apache
running on SuSE 8.1 Professional. I've loaded apache 1.3.26 and
mod_frontpage 1.0.9-435 via YaST and then enabled apache using YaST >
System > Runlevel editor, runlevel properties and then restarted the
system.
Apache starts, but when I attempt to publish via frontpage on winxp box I
receive a message telling me that frontpage extensions are not available
on the server.
/etc/httpd/
contains httpd.conf and a mod_frontpage.conf
mod_frontpage.conf contains the following
<IfModule mod_frontpage.c>
FrontpageDisable
</IfModule>
Do I need to change this to enable frontpage or is it likely that I have
someother problem? A vi search of httpd.conf found nothing matching
"front" or "frontpage" or "mod_frontpage".
Thanks.
