This is realy strange. I downloaded the whole thing from one of the mirrors. Now, it is time to update! During the installation setting, I have three choices: o New Installation o Boot installed system o Abort installation There is no *update* option at this point. Yes, it appeared that such an option would exist in the beginning. I know that people updated without losing data successfully using the CDROM they purchased. Now, I am trying to do FTP update insteady of buying a CDROM. (Local Best Buy store still does not carry them.) I do not want to scrap whatever partion there is. Why does SuSE make it always difficult like this? Regards, Hugh
