Every time I try to compile a program that requires Qt libraries, I get the following error message:
checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.0.3) (library qt-mt) not found. Please check your installation! For more details about this problem, look at the end of config.log. Make sure that you have compiled Qt with thread support!
Do you have qt3-devel package installed? -devel packages are usually what is needed for compiling your own programs.
Also, try echo $QTDIR If the result differs from /usr/lib/qt3 then, before compiling, export QTDIR=/usr/lib/qt3 might help.
