Hi everybody,

I would like to put a "client SuSE 7.3" inside a Windows NT domain. If I
resolve "few" problem, my company will adopt Linux as client in particular
circustance (more or less 100 clients on 1000 workstations). The LAN of my
company is a pure NT doamain and in my task I cann't change nothing (if is
possibile obsiualy) on the Windows NT server. In particular this "client"
should do:

1. In the Log In box I have to put a user, password of a user of the NT
domain. The Log In Box should be in graphic mode (as KDM if is possible).
2. Execute a script at the log in to share file and particular folder.
3. Share printer in the lan.
4. Go to Internet by a MS Proxy. In the MS Proxy the anonymous user is
disabled so only user has have permission can go to Internet.
5. Send and recive email. In MS Windows client this task is satisfacted by
installing the program MS Proxy Client. Without this program is impossible to
send and recive email on a "MS Client" (like Windows 9X or Windows NT wkst
ecc)

Do someone have an idea how to resolve all this problem?

Thanks,

Alessandro Tani
