Create Greeting Cards

I have asked something similar to this before but I don't think I expressed
myself well, so here goes again.
I need an application that will help my wife create greeting cards, posters,
etc. I need something that is 1 - 2 - 3 type easy. I am not expecting it to
have loads of graphics, I figure I'll have to buy those.
This will mainly be for Church use, but other things could come up.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, I just don't have time to create all the
templates in OOo by hand.
