It looks like it could be an authority issue on the host, if I had to
guess. What are the rights on the host directory and are the same
rights propagated throughout the directory?

tried unsharing the cd-rom resource, but the error is the same. What is

Are there parameters in the DEBUG mode I should be specifying? Any FTP Install documentation?
