Sorry, it was just a slip of the finger ;-))
And yes, reinstalling solved the problem, but index.php is not yet accepted
as suitable for a default file. I need to explicitly indicate the name and he
extension.
I´ll study that... but later, ´cause I have to fly to another city tonight for my
work. Thanks!

Hi Alberto,
>From what I can see the file should indeed be installed with the rest
of the software for the server, so re-installing would probably be the
easiest way to solve your problems.
Next time you shouldn't reply to the sender by the way, but preferably
to the list, so other people can contribute too. Now the list doesn't
know about these troubles and you might have to repost if you can't
work it out yourself.
