There 's a problem here... I can not find that file apache.rc.config in my system... maybe I should consider reinstalling Apache.

From what I can see the file should indeed be installed with the rest of the software for the server, so re-installing would probably be the easiest way to solve your problems.
Next time you shouldn't reply to the sender by the way, but preferably to the list, so other people can contribute too.
