As Togan said, the problem is sendmail is only listening at lo interface. To
solver this, edit /etc/sysconfig/mail file and change
SMTPD_LISTEN_REMOTE="yes".
Restart sendmail and enjoy sending mail!

1. Type netstat -a and see the line where smtp socket is listening. Is binded to localhost? (localhost:smtp)
2. Type telnet localhost 25 and see the result.
3. Do you init sendmail from inetd.conf?

I have gor another problem, I use sendmail as MTA, and it work fine for sending, but nothing happen for recieving, and when I try to telnet with port 25 I get Connection refused.
Something more that I have forgot??
I have enabled smtp i yast2 services, and when I grep sendmail in ps i get 2 lines one accepting connections, and the other one is Queue runner
Can i ask for help in this?
