Yes, I've been running it on ftp.suse.com for a couple of months. Most large sites seem to be switching to it actually. I've been very happy with it. The only drawback is that it needs to be run from (x)inetd or tcpserver instead of standalone.
Have any Doc's or perhaps a config example?
In 8.0 there is a package for it (we've dropped proftpd and wuftpd from the distribution) as well as pureftpd. If you don't have 8.0 it's very easy to build from source and comes with a nice example configuration or email me privately and I'll send you the rpm. -- -ckm
