Display Driver for Dell Inspiron 4000

While installing the display drivers for Dell Inspiron 4000 laptop, I chose Dell from the left menu and TFT from the right menu. Is this correct? Please answer urgently as I do not want to damage the display. (I installed Suse 8.0)
