It was a story about a year and half ago. I don't have links to it
anymore. They may have stepped back as far as putting it in general use,
but I do remember it being a rather large story in the summer of 2000.
Here's one link to a story about it. I'm not sure how far it got. But I
remember people on this list bitching like you wouldn't believe about
not being able to use anything but IE to access the site.

If it's true that our species is alone in the
universe, then I'd have to say that the universe
aimed rather low and settled for very little. -GC
