Crossover Office runs a fair amount of software that regular Wine does not.
There are people using Outlook and under it, for example. I remember a
mention of Palm desktop on the mailing list but I can't remember if it worked
or not.
Myself, I'm using Jpilot, which isn't perfect, but good enough for me, but I
use my Palm for passwords mostly.
