YOU thinks dhcp-server is not installed

I saw the security announcement for dhcp-server so ran YOU to pick it up.
To my surprise, YOU did not preselect dhcp-server for installation. When I
Select it manually, YOU puts a "G" next to the selection. The "G" means
"not relevant for your installation ... not installed".
RPM itself knows the package is installed:
# rpm -q dhcp-server
dhcp-server-3.0.1rc6-8
