They're not on the cds for legal reasons. This is the DeCSS code that people
are getting sued over in the states.
There's a link on the xine homepage (xine.sourceforge.net) labelled "captain
css". Download and follow the instructions. Or you can grab rpms from
http://cambuca.ldhs.cetuc.puc-rio.br/~jcm/skyblade/
I think you want to do that anyway, since the version on the 8.0 cds isn't the
latest.
