I guess you want 101 dots per inch by 101 dots per inch. Find the viewable size d of your screen (the diagonal) in inches. Then the height is 0.6 * d and the width 0.8 * d. Multiply each of these by the desired dpi to get the numbers of pixels horizontally and vertically. E.g. a 17" monitor is 16" viewable so the screen resolution is specified as 0.8 * 16 * 80 by 0.6 * 16 * 80 or 1024x768 at 80 dpi. 100 dpi gives 1280x960 but commonly 1280x1024 is used instead.
You should be able to specify these screen sizes in sax2. JDL
