This may be because you have not given it any paths to the files it
needs to work! I had this when first trying to use KonCD too. I,
unlike you, do like KreateCD, and have had better luck with that
program and I think maybe XCDRoast will be very good also when they get
the bugs out.
Go into your setttings and click on the "default" button which will fill
in all the settings and paths for your programs. Be sure to add a
"user" to the list under the "Users" tab or it will just crash on you
when you try to save the settings. That should take care of you and
get you working!
