8.0, Intel 82801 audio controller

My remaining obvious problem on this horrid Dell Optiplex GX240 is the
sound. It has an Intel 82801 BA/BAM AC '97 audio controller. YaST gives me
no indication of having any trouble with it. It works fine with Win2k and
Red Hat 7.2 . I have played with all of the mixer settings I could find,
but I get no sound. Any ideas?
