Friend, the note you quoted had me contacting FOUR different entities and
none could tell me my modem was:
A. not supported in the shipped code
B. not covered in their support contract
I do wish SuSE well. From what I've seen the are a neat little company with
their head on straight and I hope this is just a growing pain. Heck, perhaps
their overwhelmed by terrific sales. I am willing to give some slack based
on how cool so many other aspects are.
Just hosting these lists and the fact that their employees participate in
same is much more than most other companies do.
So overall a "B" grade on support from me. (:-{)}
Cheers,
Bill
