I think this varies.
Once, a long time ago, I tried the SuSE support. I didn't really have a
question, I just made up something plausibly "newbie-like" just to see what
sort of response there was, and I got a fairly quick result.
But as with most things I can imagine this depends on who you're in contact
with. YMMV, as they say.
