Had the directory, but tried the mount from the console with your parameters
and it worked. The fstab entry I copied from my laptop is

/dev/fd0 /media/floppy auto noauto,usr,sync 0 0=20

which does not work.

What should this be then if it works with your mount command from the
console?

Thanks

Art
