excell form in star- or k-office

in excell 97 there is a standard invoice form which I used for years,
and still am
because I can't import the form correctly to the linux platform.
As this is the only reasson left to startup win98 I want to solve this asap.
question: are there standard forms of invoices in either K-office ort Star office?
